Connect Psych Services facilities appointments with Registered Practitioners via e-counselling, the ability for your session to occur in the convenience of a location of your choice, over the internet via Video, Phone or Live Chat.
Our unique platform RISE, provides 24/7 access to our booking system and mental health resources. Our practitioners are available 7 days a week from 6am-11pm AEDT, allowing employees to connect at a time and place that suits them, using live chat, voice calls or video chats. As a fully online provider, employees are able to see a practitioner within 48-72 hours.
